INTREPID provides advisory and coordination services in foreign trade, including specialized consulting, international air, sea and land transport, customs clearance management, cargo insurance, certifications and other services related to import and export operations. All information published on this site is for informational purposes only and may be changed without prior notice. Quotes, rates, transit times and operational conditions are estimates and will be subject to confirmation at the time the service is contracted, and may vary due to external factors such as carrier rate changes, currency fluctuations, government regulations, space availability, port or airport congestion, customs inspections and other circumstances beyond INTREPID's control. The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information regarding the goods, documentation, declared values and other data necessary for the correct execution of the operation. INTREPID will not be liable for delays, additional costs, penalties or damages arising from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. INTREPID coordinates services provided by specialized third parties, such as carriers, airlines, shipping lines, warehouses, customs brokers, insurance companies and intervening agencies. Consequently, it does not guarantee exact dates of shipment, arrival, release or delivery of the goods, and will not be liable for breaches, delays or contingencies attributable to such third parties. Cargo insurance contracting will be optional, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Coverages, exclusions, conditions and any indemnifications will be subject to the terms established by the corresponding insurance company. INTREPID will perform its services with due professional diligence, but will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, operational interruptions or any other consequential damages resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. All contents of this website, including texts, images, logos, designs and informational material, are the property of INTREPID or are used under proper authorization, and their total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization. Personal data provided by users will be used exclusively for commercial, administrative and operational purposes related to the services offered, and will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable law. INTREPID may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective upon publication on the website. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic and submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
